Amanda Mae "Willie" Prestwood

It is with immeasurable sorrow and heartbreak, that we announce Amanda Mae Prestwood “Willie”, age 36, of Summerville, Ga, finished her race of life at Redmond Regional Hospital on August 03, 2022.

She leaves behind the love of her life and partner of 16 years, Nikita Forrester; Mother, Angela Flegal; Father, Eddie Ballenger; Godfather, Johnny Prestwood; Brothers, Adam and Matthew Prestwood and Levi Ballenger; sister, Cayli Ballenger; niece and nephew, Stormy and Addison Prestwood, all of which she loved dearly and was loved by as well.

Amanda was one of a kind.  She was so full of life, love and beauty that lit this world for so many. She was an artist, so bright and smart, and had many trades throughout her short time here, all of which were difficult tasks for most. Leaving a mark upon so many is among the greatest of things we can leave behind. We miss her in ways words cannot explain.

As of now, a celebration of life is in the works for September,and will be posted at a later date. Prayers for all.
