Anthony Edward Slayton

Mr. Anthony Edward Slayton, age 58 of Cedar Bluff, Alabama passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

Mr. Slayton was bornin Centre, Alabama on April 25, 1963, son of the late Edward Leon Slayton and Ellen Louise Rickett McLeod.  He had been employed with Mohawk Industries and Mt. Vernon Mills.

Mr. Slayton is survived by his sister, Laura Wheat and a number of nieces and nephews and cousins.

Memorial Services for Mr. Slayton will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Weaver officiating.  Private interment will be at a later date.
