Mr. Billy Ray Clark, Sr.

Mr. Billy Ray Clark, Sr. age 78 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Clark was born in Trion, Georgia on July 18, 1944, son of the late Joseph Hill Clark and Sarah Katherine Wright Clark.  He was a member of the Cornerstone Pentecostal Church in Cedar Bluff and was retired from Reichold Chemical Company.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and his dogs.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Watkins and a great granddaughter, Rena Flood.

Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Kay Clark; daughters and son-in-law, Tina and Wayne Flood, Linda Newton and Elaine Lindsey; sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Connie Clark and Dwayne and Lacy Clark; brother, Louis Clark; 11 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mr. Clark will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Collins officiating.

Mr. Clark will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
