Mr. Billy Wayne Ragland

Mr. Billy Wayne Ragland, age 71 of Chino Hills, California passed away Friday, December 28, 2018.

Mr. Ragland was born in Trion, Georgia on March 4, 1947, son of Ruth Lee Rape Ragland and the late Arnold Dennis “Bill” Ragland. He was a graduate of the Memphis Academy of Arts. Mr. Ragland was a graphic artist and was of the Baptist Faith.

Mr. Ragland is survived by his wife, Linda Martin Ragland of Chino Hills; mother, Ruth Ragland of Ringgold; special cousin, Linda Brumfield; and a number of additional cousins.

Funeral services for Mr. Ragland will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Ford officiating. Interment will follow in the Trion Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be J.D. Rape, Michael Deyampert, Edmond Brown, Ralph Miller, Don Bethune, Tom Brightwell and Barry Crow.

Mr. Ragland will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
