Mrs. Connie D. Reed

Mrs. Connie Diann Reed, age 49 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020 following an extended illness.

Connie was born in Summerville, Georgia on April 23, 1970, daughter of the late Hubert Cook and Marie Helton Cook. She was employed in the food service industry and was also a CNA. Connie loved taking trips to the Great Smoky Mountains and was of the Baptist faith.

Connie is survived by her husband, Mark Reed; sons, Cody Ayers, Spencer Ayers, and Thomas Reed; daughter, Alexis Reed; brother, Gary Cook; special “daughter-in-law and caregiver, Hailey Voiles; mother-in-law, Shirley Reed; 7 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

In accordance to Connie’s wishes, she will be cremated and the family will have a private memorial service in the coming days.
