Denver Lee Scott

Mr. Denver Lee Scott, age 45 of Menlo, Georgia passed away Monday, March 30, 2026 at a Chattanooga hospital from the results from a previous stabbing.

Denver was born in Dallas, Texas on April 2, 1980, only son of Connie Sue Young. He was a Carpenter by trade and was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting.

Denver was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Bert Young of Chattanooga, TN and Ed and Patsy Scott of Bethalto, Illinois; and an uncle, Johnny Young.

Denver is survived by his mother, Connie Sue Young; son, Landon Scott; daughter, Carlee D. Sapp; and a sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Deston Everette.

In accordance with Denver’s wishes, he will be cremated and the family may hold a private memorial service at a later date.
