Dona Annette Busby

Mrs. Dona Annette Busby, age 70 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at her residence.

Mrs. Busby was born in Lafayette, Georgia on July 30, 1955, daughter of Gladys Marie Brewster Hartline and the late Homer Charles Hartline. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was retired from the Weave Room at Mt. Vernon Mills.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Busby was preceded in death by a son, Jacob Busby and three brothers, Virgil Hartline, Jimmy Hartline and Howard Hartline.

Mrs. Busby is survived by her husband, Ricky Lee Busby; sons and daughter-in-law, Tony Busby and Paul and Misty Busby; mother, Gladys Marie Hartline; brother, Charles Hartline; 7 grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Busby will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at her residence, 258 Ramey Street, Summerville, GA 30747.
