Mrs. Donna Faye Perschau

Mrs. Donna Faye Perschau, age 59 of Summerville, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Perschau was born in Summerville, Georgia on April 11, 1961, daughter of the late Charlie Wayne Prince and Kathleen Hunter Prince. She was a natural caregiver and the best wife a man could have. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Perschau was preceded death by her first husband, Allen Godfrey; son , Justin Godfrey; sister, Kathy Elaine Godfrey and a brother, Eddie Prince.

Mrs. Perschau is survived by her husband, Drake Pershau; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Kim Godfrey; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Ricky Howell, Barbara and Randy Burnette and Dorothy and Marvin Hartline; a grandson, Chandler Godfrey and a number of nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 threat to our community, private funeral services and visitation for the family will be held Wednesday. Burial will also be held privately.
