Donnie Clyde Burrage

Mr. Donnie Clyde Burrage age 62 of Lafayette passed away Saturday. He was born August 8, 1949 to the late Thomas Lester & Fannie Lorine Greene Burrage. He was an employee of the City of Lafayette and Church of God by faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Donna Burrage; son, Donnie Dewayne Burrage & a sister, Bobbie Goss.Survivors include 3 daughters: Tina JoAnn Burrage & Angela Star Burrage of Summerville, Lisa Elaine Hogue, Trion ; son, Jamey Paul Burrage, Trion; 3 brothers: Charles Reynolds, Hoyt Burrage & Billy Burrage all of Lafayette; sister, Faye Haney, Trion; step-daughter, Glenda Raines, Trenton & friend, Virginia Jo Raines, Trenton; several nieces & nephews, 18 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren also survive.Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with Rev, Carl Jackson & Rev. David Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the AMI Cemetery.Pallbearers are requested to meet at the Funeral Home on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. and include the following gentlemen A.J. & Anthony Bentley, David Burrage, Michael Dalton, Roger Wade & Johnny Scott. Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Hughes, Marcus Goss, Tim & Wayne Reynolds.Mr. Burrage will lie-in-state at Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. on Sunday evening .Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home has charge of the funeral arrangements for Donnie Clyde Burrage who passed away on Saturday.
