Mrs. Esther Ann Rives

Mrs. Esther Ann Rives, age 82 of Summerville, Georgia, passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Rives was born in Trion, Georgia on December 23, 1933, daughter of the late John Dennis Underwood and Ruby Esther Hale Underwood. She was a member of the Pennville Church of Christ, and was a Senior Accountant with the State of Georgia Department of Health. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rives was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Rives. Mrs. Rives is survived by her sisters, Johnnie Thomas and Peggy Naves, and nephews, Franklin Naves and Dennis Thomas. Private Graveside and Interment Services were held Friday at 4:30 P.M. in the West Hill Cemetery. Coffman Funeral Home, Petitt Chapel is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Esther Ann Rives.
