Geraldine Chambers

Miss Geraldine Chambers, age 97 of Milton Circle, Summerville, GA passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 at Oakview Nursing & Rehab Center.  Miss Chambers was born May 18, 1915 in Holland, GA.  She was a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church. Miss Chambers was preceded in death by her father and mother, James Clayton Chambers and Della White Chambers; 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Miss Chambers is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Norton officiating.  Interment will follow in the Howell Cemetery. Visitation for Miss Geraldine Chambers will be Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pallbearers will be members of the Mountain View Baptist Church. Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
