Mrs. Gladys Mabel Anderson

Mrs. Gladys Mabel Anderson, age 72 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Walker County, Georgia on September 12, 1948, daughter of the late Clifford and Gladys Johnson.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her first husband, Jesse Pettyjohn; second husband, James Anderson; daughter, Linda Faye Pettyjohn; sisters, Tinnie Parker and Twilla “Jean” Johnson; and brothers, Dewey Johnson, Hubert Johnson and David Johnson.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by a daughter, Tina Perry; sons, Terry Pettyjohn, Jerry Pettyjohn and Thomas Pettyjohn; grandchildren, Christine Pettyjohn, Tiffany Perry, Ashley Pettyjohn, Brittany Pettyjohn and Justin Pettyjohn; 12 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Anderson will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Johnson officiating.  Private Interment will be held at a later date.
