Mr. Grady Waymon Wesson

Mr. Grady W. Wesson, age 97 of Summerville, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, September 09, 2014 at the Oak View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Wesson was born in DeKalb County, Georgia on April 25, 1917, son of the late Luther C. Wesson and Era Stephens Wesson. He was employed with Best Manufacturing working as a leather cutter. Mr. Wesson was preceded in death by his first wife, Geraldine Wesson, his second wife, Ethel Shields Wesson; and a number of brothers and sisters. Mr. Wesson is survived by a son, Waymon Wesson; sister, Pauline Mason; several step-children, and a number of grandchildren. Graveside and Interment Services for Mr. Wesson will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the family plot of the Summerville Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Pace officiating. Pallbearers will be Larry Wesson, Gene Wesson, James Wesson, Patrick Wesson, Thad Jolly and Tim Wesson. Mr. Wesson will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 P.M. Mr. Wesson's family respectfully asks that no flowers be sent, but to please make memorial contributions in Grady Wesson's name to your favorite charity.
