Infant Annabelle Mae Blackmon passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Floyd Medical Center. Annabelle was preceded in death by great-grandmother, Clara Nelson Survivors are parents, Chris Blackmon and Monica Herndon Blackmon; Grandparents, Chris and Ann Blackmon and Michael Woods and Elizabeth Herndon; great-grandparents, Glenn Blackmon, Suice Fountain; Walter Spraggins and Jennie Ramey, Sherry Stephens, Thomas Woods; aunts and uncles, Karion Blackmon, Anna and Zach Lay, Tony Woods and Richard and Shauna Stevens, Katie Herndon; great uncle, Daniel Miller; cousins, Payton and Abi Miller and Joey Lay. Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at West Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Vanhorn officiating.
