Mr. Jerry Lamar Pettyjohn

Mr. Jerry Lamar Pettyjohn, age 54 of Summerville passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his residence.

Jerry was born in Summerville, Georgia on February 23, 1968, son of the late Jesse E. Pettyjohn and Gladys Mabel Johnson Anderson.  He was Baptist by faith and attended the former Lookout Mountain Community Center.  In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Faye Pettyjohn.

Jerry is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Gerry Perry; brothers, Thomas Pettyjohn and Terry Pettyjohn; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with family wishes, Jerry will be cremated and there are no formal plans for a memorial service at this time.
