Jimmy Glenn Dover

Mr. Jimmy Glenn Dover, age 77 of Trion, GA passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 in the Oakview Nursing & Rehab. Mr. Dover was born in Trion, GA on April 15, 1939. He was retired from the Roper Corporation and was Baptist by faith. Mr. Dover was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Wallin Dover; father and mother, Tiny Glenn and Georgia A. Payne Dover; sister, Nell Bryan; brothers, Earl, Marion, and Aaron Dover. Mr. Dover is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Waydell Howell, Patti and Steve Henderson, Tammy and Dale Bates; grandchildren, Joshua Howell, Adam and Kimberley Howell, Brandon and Breezy Henderson, Cassie Henderson Rutledge, Brett and Lacey Jackson, and Brittney and Michael Nicholson; great-grandchildren, Kamen, Brody, Greyson, Stormy, Rainie, Misti, Leigha, Sterling, Keyra, Milia, Jet and Molly; sister, Kay and David Bomar; brother, Willis and Georgette Dover. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Waydell Howell officiating.   Interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Joshua Howell, Adam Howell, Brandon Henderson, Brett Jackson, Kamen Lewis, Joe DeMasi, and Michael Nicholson. Honorary Pallbearers will be F Hall of Oakview Nursing & Rehab and Jim’s Restaurant. Coffman Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Jimmy Glenn Dover.
