Mr. Joe Franklin Edwards, age 70 of Summerville, GA passed away March 21, 2016. Mr. Edwards was born in Trion, GA on June 18, 1945. He was a self-employed Mr Edwards was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Mae Edwards; father and mother, Charles Daniel Edwards and Ethel Lee DeBerry Edwards; brothers and sisters. Mr. Edwards is survived by his son, Jeff Edwards. There was no visitation. A graveside service will be planned at a later date.
