Larry Ralph Bowman

Mr. Larry Ralph Bowman, age 65 of Union Street, Summerville, GA went to meet family members in Heaven on February 10, 2012.  He was born in Trion, GA on May 14, 1946. to the late Mearley and Joseph Bowman. Mr. Bowman was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sadie Tucker, Ellar Smith, and  Billie Jean Ross; brother, James Bowman. Mr. Bowman attended Sonrise Community Church. Mr. Bowman is survived by one son, Scott (Tammy) Bowman; and one sister, Hazel Tucker; grandchildren, Ciara Bowman, Anna Bowman, Olivia Bowman, Ashley Barnard, and Holly Barnard. Visitation will be Monday, February 13, 2012  from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home. Graveside and Interment services will be at 2:30 p.m. from Needmore Cemetery, Blanche, AL with Rev. Chip Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Larry Weesner, Eddie Wilborn, Mike "Pete" Thomas, and Ricky Wilborn. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Adult Sunday School Class of Sonrise Community Church. Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
