Mr. Marvin Ray Johnson

Mr. Marvin Ray Johnson, age 54 of Summerville, died Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Emory Midtown Hospital. Mr. Johnson was born in LaFayette, Georgia on April 4, 1962, son of Kenneth Johnson and Betty Sue York Hayes. He loved to fish, hunt and ride motorcycles. Prior to ill health, Mr. Johnson was employed as a truck driver. Mr. Johnson is survived by his father, Kenneth Johnson; mother Betty Hayes; sister, Gina Cochran; brother, Randall "Homer" Johnson, and his dog, Spot. In accordance with Mr. Johnson's wishes, he will be cremated and the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
