Mrs. Nannie Genell Caseres

October 23, 1950 — February 28, 2021

Mrs. Nannie Genell Caceres, age 70 of Summerville, formerly of Lafayette, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Caceres was born in Lafayette, Georgia on October 23, 1950, daughter of the late Daniel Collins and Annie Collins.  She was an accomplished florist for over 20 years having worked at the Thomas Florist in Lafayette, and had also worked with World Carpet for over 15 years.  Mrs. Caceres loved to quilt and garden and was a great cook.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Frances Stiles and Brenda Ballard; brothers, Johnny Collins, William Collins, Harold Collins and Lester Collins; and her husbands, Eugene Ware, James Ervin and Fabian Caceres.

Mrs. Caceres is survived her children, Mike(Penni) Ware, Brian Ware, Matt Sinclair, Michelle Fink, Adam(Amy) Fink and Eric Fink; sister, Louise Chastain; 10 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Mrs. Caceres’ wishes, she will be cremated and the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
