Mrs. Patsy Collins Perry

Mrs. Patsy Faye Collins Perry, 77 of the Pennville Community, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the Redmond Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Perry was born in Centre, AL on March 3, 1939, daughter of the late Walter Roy King and Una Faye Morrison King. She was a member of the Pennville Baptist Church, the Best Silver Club and prior to retirement, was employed with Best Manufacturing and Mt. Vernon Mills. Mrs. Perry loved to sing, garden and was an avid animal lover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Perry. Mrs. Perry is survived by her sons, William "Bill" Collins and Rex Collins; daughter and son-in-law, Aleah and Douglas Joos; honorary daughter, Annalisa Schram Hughes; stepchildren, John Perry and "Sunshine"; grandchildren, DJ (Jackie) Joos, Jr, Tray Bruno and Erica Ages; great grandchildren, Logan Joos and Lilly Joos; Speical Friend, Bob Evans; special Cousins, Jackie Chandler and Shirley Morrison; and a number of additional cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Perry will be held Friday, August 5, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Wynn and Rev. Billy Dempsey officiating. Interment will follow in the Green Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Steve Evans, Terry Evans, John Shankles, Mike Flippo, Randy Dalrymple, Eric Evans, Britt Evans, Robert Williams and DJ Joos. Honorary Pallbearers will be Member of the Pennville Baptist Church. Mrs. Perry will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
