Mrs. Pauline E. Rampley

Mrs. Pauline Estelle Carroll Rampley, age 96, of Trion, Georgia, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Oxford, Alabama following an extended illness. Mrs. Rampley was born in Geraldine, Alabama on February 7, 1918. She was a member of the Trion First Baptist Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Best Manufacturing. Mrs. Rampley was preceded in death by her husband, Lumas E. "Bud" Rampley, and a daughter, Regina Carol Rampley Gober, and seven brothers and sisters. Mrs. Rampley is survived by her son-in-law, William Don Gober of Oxford, Alabama; grandson, Nathan Eugene Gober of Oxford, AL; granddaughter, Melissa Carol Gober of Auburn, AL; and nephew, John "Binky" Dawson. Funeral Services for Mrs. Rampley will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Dr. Floyd Roebuck officiating. Private Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Rampley will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
