Rebecca Kay Crowe Ledford

Mrs. Rebecca Kay Ledford, age 24 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Lincoln, Alabama from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Rebecca was born in Rome, Georgia on March 26, 1997, daughter of Mary Kay Hines and Jeremy Dwayne Crowe.  She attended the Sonrise Community Church. She loved to fish, hunt, sing, walk and being outdoors.  Rebecca was preceded in death a brother, Timothy Crowe; grandmother, Kay Hamby; great grandmother, Ethel Mae Grant; step-great grandparents, Robert and Christine Hines; step-grandfather, Clifford McNeese; great grandmother, Betty White; great grandfather, Hubert Joe Gravitt, Jr.; great grandparents, Dewey and Mary Josephine Padgett and Robert and Lucille Crowe; great uncles, Benny Matney, Jackie Matney and Joe Lafayette Crowe; great aunts, Rachel Ashworth and Evie Ruth Hudgins; and cousin, Terry Lee Crowe.

Rebecca is survived by her mother and step-father, Mary Kay and Robert Hines; father and step-mother, Jeremy and Jennifer Crowe; brothers, Charles Lee Crowe and Jacob Crowe; Sisters, Megan McWhorter, Tabitha Crowe and Savannah Rose Crowe; honorary grandfather, Jimmy Ray Sills; aunt and honorary grandmother, Kathi "Mamaw " Padgett; grandparents, Jerry and Rebecca Crowe and Charles and Connie Padgett; aunts, Rachel Crowe, Chantel Sikes, Jolene Bursley and Stephanie Crowe; uncles, Jeff Crowe and Dewey Padgett; great Aunts, Odell Hudgins and Darlene Smith; aunt and uncle, Jeff and Angie Stanfield; great uncle, Ray Cundiff; step-grandmother, Patricia Crowe; and a number of  nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services for Rebecca will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Wright officiating.  Interment will follow in the Crowe Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Charles Crowe, Stevie Crowe, J.J. Ledford, Phillip Carroll, Jeremy Crowe and Robert Hines.

Rebecca will be in state at the Coffman Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.
