Rick Camp

Mr. Rickey Lamar "Rick" Camp, age 60 of Rydal, GA passed away Thursday,

April 25, 2013 at his residence. Rick was born June 10, 1952 in Trion, GA. Rick

was a graduate of Trion High School Class of 1971 and West Georgia College ,

and was employed with the Atlanta Braves as a pitcher. He was Baptist by faith.

Rick was preceded in death by his father and mother, Furman "Fat" Camp

and Robbie Greenwood Camp.

Rick is survived by his son, Richard Ross Camp of Trion, GA; and brother,

Mike (Donna) Camp of Trion , GA ; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

There will be a celebration service Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. from

the Chapel of the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Woods officiating.

Visitation for Mr. Rick Camp will be Thursday, May 2, 2013 from 2:30 p.m.

to 4:00 p.m. at the Erwin-Petitt Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations may be made to American

Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
