Scott Holbrook

Mr. Bobby Scott Holbrook, age 64 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at a Rome hospital.

Scott was born in Trion, Georgia on February 1, 1959, son of the late Bobby Charles Holbrook and Dorothy “Doedee” Higginbotham Holbrook.  He was retired from Hays State Prison, where he was employed as a Correctional Officer, and he enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Scott is survived by his companion, Suzanne Willis; daughter, Reisha Hoffman; son, Alan Holbrook; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Faye Holbrook; step-mother, Sara Holbrook; grandchildren, Landen Scott Holbrook, John Maverick Blackwell and Kelsey Weaver; great grandson, Atlas Allen Casey; Uncle and Aunt, J.L. and Joy Holbrook; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and additional friends and family.

In accordance with Scott’s wishes, he will be cremated and there are no memorial services planned at this time,
