Mrs. Tammie Lynn Hedgecoth

April 23, 1963 — February 18, 2022

Mrs. Tammie Lynn Hedgecoth, age 58 of Summerville, Georgia passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at a Rome hospital.

Mrs. Hedgecoth was born in Sweetwater, Tennessee on April 23, 1963, daughter of the late Harry Dee Powell and Betty Louise Tuck Powell.  She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Faith and was a homemaker.  Mrs. Hedgecoth was an avid collector of Coca-Cola memorabilia; enjoyed reading her Bible, was a great cook, and loved to watch cooking and animal shows.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hedgecoth was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bud and Neil Tuck and a half-brother, Buddy Powell.

Mrs. Hedgecoth is survived by her husband, Robert “Rabbit” Hedgecoth; daughter, Teya Hedgecoth; sons and daughter-in-law, Timmy and Kelli Hedgecoth and James “Robbie” Hedgecoth; sister and brother-in-law, Vickie and Ronnie McCulloch; 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; special friend, David Edgeman and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Mr. Ronnie McCulloch and Mr. David Edgeman officiating.

The family will gather at the Coffman Funeral Home and will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 P.M.  until the funeral hour.
