Mr. Vernon Lee Moore

Mr. Vernon Lee Moore, age 66 of Menlo, Georgia passed away Monday, March 19, 2018. Mr. Moore was born in Trion, Georgia on August 31, 1951, son of the late Robert Lee Moore and Lillian Awtrey Ragan. He had attended the Trion First Baptist Church, and prior to his recent illness, was employed with Mt. Vernon Mills. He loved spending time with his family, and tinkering with motorcycles and hotrods. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by twin brothers, Horald (Edith) Moore and Harold (Doris) Moore. Mr. Moore is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Kim Moore of Lafayette; grandchildren, Damion Moore, Kohl (Brittney) Kinsey and Matthew (Kelly) Kinsey; great grandchildren, McKenzie Moore, Dallas Moore, Allie Kinsey, Madi Kinsey and Lily Kinsey; companion and special friend, Audrey Murphy Brock; life long friends, Jerry DeBerry and Max Colbert; and a number of cousin, nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. Memorial Services for Mr. Moore will be held Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in the Petitt Chapel of the Coffman Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Sumner officiating.
